Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, create database of prospects using tools like Apollo, LI sales navigator
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up leads
- Craft cold emails and LinkedIn messages
- Explain the services clearly and handle client queries and objections
- Maintain lead records, update CRM & update reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Book discovery meetings for the sales team
