Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Presales Executive in the interior designing domain. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating quality leads, engaging with potential clients, and understanding their interior design requirements. They will craft proposals, manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and collaborate closely with sales and design teams to develop tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team during the pre-sales stage to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and nurture potential clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and address client needs effectively
- Target achiever without negotiation.
- Experience in Sales and managing RFP processes to deliver accurate, timely, and compelling proposals
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and design teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset
- Prior experience in the interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
