Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our Venus Group of Companies Sales Team. As a key part of the customer engagement process, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, qualifying leads, and providing exceptional first-touch customer experiences. This role serves as the bridge between marketing-generated leads and the sales conversion team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound inquiries from multiple channels (website, portals, walk-ins, campaigns, etc.)
· Conduct initial client qualification via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person.
· Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales representatives.
· Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools.
· Provide accurate information to clients regarding property projects, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, etc.
· Follow up diligently on leads and nurture them for sales conversion.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to streamline communication and improve lead-to-sale ratio.
· Assist in organizing property events, open houses, and project launches.
· Share client feedback and market insights with the team to optimize outreach efforts.
