Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and explain project/service details
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule meetings/site visits with interested clients
- Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English & Kannada
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Positive attitude with good convincing skills
