Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Borivali, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Presales Executive, you will focus on generating and managing leads, engaging with potential clients, and coordinating with the sales team. Responsibilities include responding to RFPs, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. You will also assist in presenting project offerings and services to prospective buyers while collaborating with internal teams to optimize client engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Familiarity with creating and managing RFPs
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and build long-term trust
- Prior experience in the real estate sector or similar industries is an advantage
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and general computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
