Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Pune City. The Presales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients through lead generation, responding to RFPs, and building effective customer connections. The role involves supporting the sales team in client engagement, understanding customer requirements, and presenting tailored service solutions to help customers achieve their design goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and nurture potential clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Experience with Sales and the ability to effectively pitch tailored solutions
- Familiarity with responding to RFPs to address customer inquiries and specifications
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and related technologies
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant sales and customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
