The Role
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Executive who embodies professionalism, clarity of communication, and a refined approach to client engagement. This role is integral to shaping client perception and establishing trust at the very first point of contact.
You will act as the initial interface between the organization and prospective clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects the stature and credibility we stand for.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and respond to inbound and outbound client interactions with clarity, composure, and precision
· Understand client requirements and articulate project offerings with structured and persuasive communication
· Coordinate site visits and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to handover to the sales team
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of communication and client expectations
· Represent the organization with a high degree of professionalism across all communication channels
· Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement with prospective clients
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with exposure to real estate or client-facing roles)
· 2–10 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, customer engagement, or front-facing roles
· Immediate joiners will be preferred
