Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in the Pune Division. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing prospects, coordinating with sales teams, and preparing responses for RFPs (Request for Proposals). The role involves engaging with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and playing a key part in converting inquiries into tangible sales opportunities while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify, qualify, and convert leads effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in preparing RFP (Request for Proposals) responses and delivering solutions in line with customer needs
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in real estate presales or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
