Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Presales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The Presales Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and prepare compelling proposals, managing client queries, and ensuring a seamless presales process. The role requires strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and persuade potential clients
- Proven ability to conduct research and gather key market insights to address client-specific requirements
- Proficiency in proposal writing and preparing presentations to support sales efforts
- Knowledge of market research processes, data analysis techniques, and fieldwork management
- Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and project management teams
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field
- Experience in the market research industry or presales roles will be an added advantage
