Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Presales Executive role based in Hyderabad & Bangalore. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, preparing and responding to RFPs, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
The role also involves effective communication with prospects, understanding client requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to build trust and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
* Proven ability in lead generation and identifying potential clients
* Strong communication skills to effectively engage clients and present solutions
* Sales skills to actively support the sales team in achieving targets and closing deals
* Experience in preparing and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) in a detailed and strategic manner
* Customer service abilities to develop and maintain positive client relationships
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
* Relevant experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
