Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads, engage with potential customers, and convert qualified leads into site visits. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound leads and qualify potential customers
- Provide detailed project presentations over calls to generate interest
- Convert qualified leads into site visits
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective customers
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visit scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for site visits and conversions
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
Key Requirements:- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate (apartments, villas, residential, or farmland sales)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to convert leads into site visits
- Highly result-oriented and target-driven
- Good understanding of customer handling and objection management
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn incentives
