Key Responsibilities:
📞 Engage potential clients through generated leads. Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location advantages and set up initial meetings.
📅 Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients.
🌟 Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
✅ Task Completion: Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
📊 Task Management: Manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Qualifications:
-Experience in pre-sales or a similar role (real estate experience preferred)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organisational and task management abilities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
