Position: Tele Caller – Channel Relations
Location: Hyderabad Qualification: Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities
•Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to introduce Sobha Realty, showcase ongoing and upcoming projects, and identify potential channel partners.
•Channel Partner Communication: Provide regular updates to channel partners regarding project launches, promotions, and ongoing developments.
•Objection Handling & Query Resolution: Address basic objections and resolve queries from existing channel partners effectively.
•Database Management: Maintain and update broker/channel partner information and call records accurately in the CRM system.
•Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Managers to ensure task closure and relationship continuity.
Desired Candidate Profile
•Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in tele calling, channel sales, or customer engagement
•Comfortable with outbound calling and relationship management
•Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
