Job Title: Presales Executive

Job Summary:
The Presales Executive will work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Understand the
customer's needs and assess whether they are a good fit for the company’s offerings.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and budget.
Use this information to present the most relevant solutions and services.
Effectively present the company’s products and services to leads, highlighting the features, benefits,
and value propositions. Tailor your approach based on the client’s requirements.
Maintain communication with qualified leads through follow-up calls, emails, and other channels to
keep them engaged and move them through the sales pipeline.
Identify potential business opportunities and hand over warm leads to the sales team for further
follow-up and conversion. Set meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads and clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and maximize the chances of
conversion. Provide the sales team with essential details to help them close deals.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, including the number of calls made,
responses received, and business opportunities identified.
