Job Summary
Habulus Groups is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain project details to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover.
- Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales or Telecalling.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
