Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Presales Executive. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, communicating effectively with potential customers, assisting them with inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team. Responsibilities include preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing exceptional customer service throughout the presales process, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and RFP preparation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Basic understanding of Sales processes and ability to support sales efforts
  • Proactive approach and ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be advantageous
