Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Presales Executive will engage with potential customers to understand their needs, present suitable Curefit solutions, and support the sales team in closing opportunities. Daily activities include qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting product demonstrations or walkthroughs, and preparing basic presales documentation. The role involves coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer. The Presales Executive will also handle initial customer queries, provide timely follow-ups, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining an organized pipeline.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales acumen, including consultative selling, objection handling, and supporting deal closures.
- Familiarity with RFP processes, including understanding requirements, coordinating responses, and preparing supporting materials.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and delivering a positive presales experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or health-tech products is an advantage.
