Salary range: 25000-35000 per month (depending on experience and interview)
Week off: Monday
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Connect with parents and students through calls, walk-ins, and scheduled meetings
• Explain our courses, robotics kits, learning materials, and curriculum in an engaging and
professional manner
• Conduct or coordinate demo sessions/classes for parents and students
• Handle one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student requirements
• Guide and assist parents in selecting suitable programs for their children
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain records of enquiries, demos, follow-ups, and enrollments
• Achieve individual and team admission/sales targets
• Support local-level marketing and B2B outreach activities when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of sales and counselling techniques
Confident in explaining educational programs and products
Ability to handle parent queries and objections professionally
Positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation skills
Result-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Prior experience in education counselling or sales is preferred
Tools & Technical Requirements:
• Basic understanding of CRM tools
• Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic technical understanding of robotics, coding, or related educational programs is a plus
