Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Presales Executive to join our team at Conquer Planetario Real Estate Company in Noida. As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and selling our real estate properties over the phone. If you have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Job Location: Sector 142, Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect new clients through outbound calls and other channels
- Build relationships with potential clients and understand their real estate needs
- Present and sell our real estate properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales using our CRM software
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Presales or real estate sales is must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
