Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AV Presales Engineer to support our sales team by designing customer-centric Audio Visual solutions, preparing technical proposals, conducting site surveys, and managing the technical aspects of bids, tenders, and customer presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV solutions.
- Design end-to-end AV solutions for meeting rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, classrooms, command & control centers, and experience centers.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, compliance statements, and solution documents.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents and prepare technical responses.
- Conduct site surveys and customer requirement gathering meetings.
- Coordinate with OEMs for technical support, solution validation, and product selection.
- Prepare technical presentations, solution architecture, and customer demonstrations.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and technical discussions.
- Work closely with project and execution teams for smooth project handover.
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.

- 3–8 years of Presales experience in an AV System Integrator or AV OEM.
- Strong understanding of AV technologies and solution design.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, technical proposals, and tender documentation.
- Good presentation and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical AV solutions.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
Education
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline.
