Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in South Delhi. The Presales Engineer will work closely with sales teams and clients to identify and analyze customer requirements on security solutions like EDR, ZTNA, DLP, PROX etc. Responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, facilitating system integrations trainings, and addressing inquiries related to IT Security solutions and Network security. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to design optimal solutions that align with client needs.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years Experience in Technical Support and expertise in handling technical queries efficiently.
• Proficiency in Presales and Sales processes with the ability to manage customer relationships and present technical solutions effectively.
• Knowledge of Systems Integration processes and working experience in implementing seamless technical solutions.
• Understanding of Security standards and best practices within IT solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to delivering solutions.
• Proficiency in communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
