Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Presales Engineer to support the sales team by designing, proposing, and presenting technology solutions to clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, conducting solution demonstrations, coordinating with OEMs/vendors, and ensuring successful bid submissions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, CCTV Surveillance, Cloud, Cyber Security, or ELV solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technical & Solution Design
* Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
* Design suitable IT & infrastructure solutions based on customer needs.
* Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), solution architecture, and technical documentation.
* Conduct site surveys and technical assessments when required.
* Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for product selection and technical support.
Proposal & Documentation
* Prepare techno-commercial proposals and RFP/RFQ responses.
* Create presentations, compliance documents, and solution comparisons.
* Ensure accurate costing, margin calculations, and pricing strategies.
* Maintain proposal templates and technical documents.
Sales Support
* Support the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
* Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept discussions.
* Assist in tender participation and bid management.
* Work closely with project and delivery teams for smooth handover.
Coordination & Relationship Management
* Liaise with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners.
* Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Track opportunities and update CRM regularly.
