We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Electronic Security Systems and will be responsible for designing technical solutions, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle.
Key Responsiblities
- Prepare accurate and competitive techno-commercial proposals, quotations, BOMs, BOQs, costing, and technical documentation.
- Review tender documents and manage both pre-tender and post-tender activities.
- Conduct site surveys to understand project requirements and develop optimized system designs.
- Design integrated security solutions involving CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Access Control, Networking, and Electrical Systems.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals while meeting customer specifications and project deadlines.
- Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical presentations, solution recommendations, and commercial support.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
- Maintain technical compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Presales, Estimation, or Solution Design for Electronic Security Systems.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Networking, and Electrical infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in BOQ/BOM preparation, costing, estimation, and tender documentation.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage
