Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Presales Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Presales Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to provide pre-sales demonstrations, design customized solutions, and address technical queries from potential clients. Key responsibilities include assisting with integration setups, providing technical support during the sales cycle, and showcasing the security and governance capabilities of Banyan Cloud’s platform to potential customers. The role requires a deep understanding of the platform’s security features and the ability to align client requirements with tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Support and Integration for SaaS platforms
- Experience in Presales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Solid understanding of Sales processes and ability to align technical solutions with customer needs
- Knowledge of Security principles, particularly Zero Trust and Cloud Native Application Protection (CNAPP)
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or IT governance is a strong advantage
