- Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and portals
- Understand requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Follow up with clients for updates and order conversion
- Coordinate with design/estimation team for technical inputs
- Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
- Handle tender submissions and track deadlines
- Ensure timely and accurate proposal submission
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- 2–3 years experience in pre-sales / coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
