Verdantis is an AI-native enterprise software company solving one of manufacturing's most persistent problems: bad MRO master data. Our products Harmonize and Integrity help asset-heavy industries clean, deduplicate, enrich, and continuously govern their spare parts and materials master data.
The Role
We're hiring a Pre-Sales Consultant focused exclusively on MRO master data management. You'll work directly with our leadership engaging plant managers, reliability engineers, materials managers, and ERP leads at global industrial companies. This is a high-ownership role as you'll be the person who turns a prospect's data chaos into a compelling case for change.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery calls and translate customer pain- duplicate records, ungoverned master data, ERP migration risk into a tailored demo story
- Deliver product demos of Harmonize and Integrity to global prospects independently within 3 months
- Build and maintain demo environments, customer-specific use cases, and competitive battle cards
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, demo preparation, and proposal customization
- Collaborate on RFP responses, PoC scoping, and pilot structuring
- Feed field insights back into product and GTM
What We're Looking For
- MBA from a reputed institution (Tier 1 preferred)
- 3–6 years in manufacturing, industrial operations, or enterprise software with exposure to maintenance, materials management, or ERP/CMMS functions
- Genuine curiosity about data quality, master data management, and how bad data shows up on the plant floor
- Strong presence in front of senior stakeholders you can hold a room
- Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work as a genuine productivity multiplier
- Willingness to learn the domain: MRO taxonomy, CMMS/ERP stack dynamics, materials master, the vocabulary matters here
