Role description
Ossisto is hiring a Presales Consultant - Technical Transformation to support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and related digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will help clients design, implement and optimize Digital Manufacturing MES solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong technical and functional experience across MES design, integrations and deployment.
This a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibility
Presales & Opportunity shaping:
- Manage discovery workshops with manufacturing clients to capture, shape and validate requirements.
- Own RFX responses, including solutioning, estimation, execution approach, risk analysis.
- Lead Delivery estimation
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, plant users and technical team to assess current environments and ideate scalable solutions.
Solutioning:
- You will be responsible for supporting clients through the design, implementation, and optimization of Critical Manufacturing MES solutions across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and support Digital Manufacturing MES implementations, including requirement gathering, functional design, prototyping, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Serve as a technical and solution architect for manufacturing transformation initiatives spanning MES, plant systems, and enterprise integrations.
- Design and develop integrations between Manufacturing MES and enterprise or plant systems, including SAP, product lifecycle management, advanced planning systems, laboratory information management systems and automation platforms.
- Serve as a technical and solution architect for manufacturing transformation initiatives spanning MES, plant systems and enterprise integrations.
Sales support:
- Support in preparing technical presentations, product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
- Guide sales teams on finetuning offerings, use cases and help them capture customer pain points.
Education qualification
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Industrial or IT
