Role Description
This is a full-time, remote internship role for a Presales Associate Intern. The Presales Associate Intern will identify potential customers, connect with leads, conduct outreach, qualify prospects, and support the sales pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM management.
The role also involves coordinating discovery calls, researching target organizations, maintaining lead records, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion workflows.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales workflows
• Comfortable with outbound calling, lead generation, and follow-ups
• Ability to understand B2B SaaS products and explain their value to prospects
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fully remote and target-driven environment
• Experience or interest in SaaS, VoIP, CPaaS, or B2B technology is a plus
