Job Description: Presales Executive - Demo Scheduling & Coordination
Position: Presales Executive
Department: Sales & Operations
Location: Kormangala, Bengaluru
Reports to: Sales Head
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
CTC: 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA
Role Overview:
The Presales Executive will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling 1-to-1 demos
between students and teachers. The role will involve close collaboration with sales agents,
teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure that demos are scheduled in a timely manner, based
on the conversion rates, customized language preferences, and subject-specific requirements of
the students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demo Coordination:
○ Collaborate with sales agents to understand the specific requirements of
students, including preferred subjects, language, and demo schedules.
○ Work closely with teachers to schedule 1-to-1 demo sessions, ensuring
alignment with the students' requirements.
○ Ensure timely and seamless coordination between the sales team, teachers, and
students for demo scheduling.
2. Conversion Rate Monitoring:
○ Track and analyze demo conversion rates, identifying trends and suggesting
improvements in the scheduling and demo process.
○ Collaborate with sales agents and teachers to optimize demo strategies and
improve conversion rates.
3. Customized Language & Subject Requirements:
○ Ensure that demo sessions are assigned to the appropriate teachers based on
the student's preferred language and subject requirements.
○ Work with the subject and language-specific teams to align available teachers
with the students' needs.
4. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
○ Maintain consistent communication with teachers and sales agents to ensure that
demos are conducted according to the agreed timelines and specifications.
○ Act as the main point of contact between the sales agents and teachers,
managing expectations and resolving any issues that may arise during the demo
scheduling process.
○ Provide clear instructions and reminders to teachers about demo requirements
and schedules.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting:
○ Maintain accurate records of demo schedules, conversions, and feedback.
○ Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager regarding demo effectiveness,
conversion rates, and any feedback from students or teachers.
6. Quality Assurance:
○ Monitor the quality of the demo sessions, ensuring that students receive a
valuable experience that aligns with the company's objectives.
○ Gather and analyze feedback from both students and teachers to improve the
demo process continuously.
Key Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
○ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (preferably in
Sales, Operations, or Education).
2. Language:
○ English + Hindi.
3. Skills:
○ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
○ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
○ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
○ Familiarity with CRM software and scheduling tools is a plus.
4. Personal Attributes:
○ Detail-oriented with a focus on timely execution.
○ Ability to manage multiple demos and tasks simultaneously.
○ Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle sensitive situations.
○ Proactive and self-driven, with a passion for helping students and teachers succeed.
