Role Description The Preprimary Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities that support foundational learning, social skills, and creativity in young children. Day-to-day tasks include preparing instructional materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves regular communication with parents or guardians, participation in school events, and collaboration with other staff members to align with the school’s curriculum and vision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Girwa.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or primary education.
- Ability to design effective Lesson Planning and Training activities appropriate for preprimary students.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create an inclusive, child-centered classroom.
- Basic understanding of child development and classroom management best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school team and participate in school programs and events.
