Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Prepress Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Prepress Executive will oversee and manage all prepress activities, including reviewing designs and preparing them for printing. Responsibilities include ensuring print quality, coordinating with the production team to meet project deadlines, handling prepress software tools, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role requires detailed attention to specifications and layouts to ensure all deliverables align with company standards and client expectations. The Prepress Executive will also maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in prepress-specific software and tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
- Strong skills in layout design, image editing, and file preparation for printing purposes
- Attention to detail and experience in ensuring accurate color consistency and printing alignment
- Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external clients
- Experience in the packaging or printing industry is strongly preferred
- Certification or degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field is beneficial
