Premium Field Marketing Influencer - Brand Activation Ambassador: at luxury Premium retail or HoReCA, on-the-ground, engaging customers face-to-face to create brand awareness and social content.
You will work a total of 4-5 days, flexible (2 days on weekends at Premium HoReCA/Premium Retail brand activation, and 2-3 days in the week office/or field). You will be on your feet. You will talk to strangers.

Your Responsibility :1. Premium Brand Activation Ambassador
Your typical week:
• Be the face of FFTF at luxury retail and premium HoReCa locations
• Engage high-value customers weekly through product demos and storytelling; Capture authentic customer experiences and transform them into compelling social content.
• Premium Modern Retail Brand activation - product demos, answer questions, collect feedback
• take customer testimonial videos, on Sunday, high traffic hours, maximum customer engagement
• Demo the product: Show QR code traceability, explain tracking, premium product pesticide-free benefits
• Answer objections: 'Why ₹299?' 'How long does it last?' 'How do I use premium exotic greens?'
• Collect feedback: Write down EXACTLY what customers say (verbatim quotes)
• Take content: Record 5-10 short customer testimonial videos per session
• Capture product shots: 20-30 professional-quality photos per visit
• Track metrics: How many engaged, how many bought, what questions were asked, and stock levels
2. CONTENT CREATION (The 'Influencer' Part)
After field work, you turn it into content:
• Edit customer testimonials into 30-60 sec Instagram Reels (3-4 per week)
• Create daily Instagram posts from premium retail photos, HoReCa and Internal (7 posts/week minimum)
• Post Instagram Stories during field-marketing activation (live coverage, 'behind the scenes')
• Build your personal brand: We'll feature you as the 'face of FFTF' - grow your following
• Analyze: What content performed best? What made customers stop and buy?
Who should Apply :MUST HAVE (Non-Negotiable)
• Available 4-5 days/week (2 days on weekends at Premium HoReCA/Premium Retail brand activation, and 2-3 days in the week office/or field)
• Comfortable talking to strangers (if you're shy/introverted, this will be painful)
• Own smartphone with good camera (iPhone 11+ or Android equivalent)
• Based in Gurgaon
• Decent Instagram/social media skills (can edit Reels, post Stories, write captions)
• Fluent English
• Energy + enthusiasm
GOOD TO HAVE (Bonus Points)
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience (even if it's at Starbucks or McDonald's)
• Active Instagram/social following (500+ followers, we'll help you grow it)
• Video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Interest in premium brands/food/health/sustainability (helps with authentic storytelling)
Thick skin (can handle rejection without getting demoralized)

STIPEND
₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month based on performance
Base: guaranteed
Performance bonus: Up to ₹5,000/month based on:
• Customer engagement numbers (target: 150+ customers/week)
• Content quality (Instagram engagement rates, Reels views)
• Sales impact (units sold at locations you activated)
• Attendance + punctuality (show up on time, every time)
