Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Premium Acquisition Manager for Delhi/NCR. The role involves identifying and acquiring high-value customers, building relationships to understand client banking needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving set acquisition targets. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of financial products, banking operations, and market dynamics
- Proficiency in strategic planning and achieving business growth targets
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, results-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
