<div><strong>Audit Manager (Job ID 0001)</strong></div><div>Responsibilities</div><div>· Execute the day-to-day activities of attestation and non-attestation engagements of various clients</div><div>· Detect and communicate accounting and auditing matters to Partners and Directors</div><div>· Identify performance improvement opportunities</div><div>· Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow from the client to the team and vice versa</div><div>· Develop client proposals, presentations, and other client related documents</div><div>· Play an active role in the management and supervision of the personnel within the audit practice</div><div>· Collaborate with the Tax team to maintain quality services to our clients</div><div>· Understand and utilize Audit Methodology</div><div>· Work on non-attestation services such as bookkeeping, miscellaneous tax (property tax, sales tax etc.), payroll, M&A, human resource, and some other consulting services</div><div>· Supervise and train Audit senior, Audit staffs, and interns on engagements</div><div>· Continue to enhance accounting, audit, and tax knowledge through self-training</div><div>· Monitor the current business trend and circumstances related to our clients</div><div>· Seek new business opportunities by attending business seminars, events and participating in speaking engagement</div><div>· Assist Management in establishing new footprint for the company such as new offices, new practices, etc.</div><div>· Proactive in providing constructive feedback to all personnel</div><div>Qualifications</div><div>· 5 to 8 years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting</div><div>· Must have active CPA license</div><div>· Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).</div><div>· Demonstrated supervisory experience for at least two years</div><div>· Ability to non-attestation services such as bookkeeping, miscellaneous tax (property tax, sales tax etc.), payroll, M&A, human resource, and some other consulting services</div><div>· Ability and willingness to travel</div><div>· Great organizational skills, including time management and strategic thinking</div><div>· Strong written and verbal communication skills</div><div>· Japanese language skill is a bonus</div>
