Sourcing a Client Manager – India for India's premier Clinical Wellness Resort
Based on-site in Kozhikode, Kerala
This is a HOD Position, reporting to the GM Commercial. The requirement is for luxury candidate (She/He) with ADOS/DOS experience in luxury Hotels or wellness brands
Salary: CTC upto 24 lakhs p.a.
Role:
- Client Engagement & Conversion
- Coordination with Reservations Team
- Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and priorities
- Support a seamless transition from enquiry to arrival
- Sales Support
- Track enquiry volumes, conversion rates and booking trends
- Support a seamless transition from enquiry to arrival
- Strong communication skills and a client-centric mindset
- Understanding of the Indian luxury market- essential
- 6–10 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, wellness or client-facing sales roles
