DATA ENTRY 

About the Role:

The Data Entry position at Premier Auto Credit HQ plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. This role involves meticulously inputting, updating, and maintaining customer and vehicle information within our database systems to support operational efficiency. The successful candidate will contribute to streamlining workflows by verifying data accuracy and promptly addressing discrepancies. By managing large volumes of data with precision, this role supports decision-making processes and enhances customer service quality. Ultimately, the Data Entry specialist helps maintain a reliable data foundation that drives the success of our internal confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update customer, vehicle, and contract information into company databases and management systems.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
  • Generate routine reports and assist in data audits to support operational and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry within the rental, leasing, or automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with database management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Associate degree or coursework in business administration or information management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities.

About the company

One of the largest independent subprime auto lenders in Southern California. We purchase loans from dealers individually and in bulk for borrowers with bad credit or no credit. We do business with dealers of all sizes, locally and out of state and are not locked into fixed underwriting guidelines. We will consider any loan.
