About the role

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated dental practice in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a strong, growth-minded Practice Administrator to lead our team and help drive production in a high-end, specialty-focused dental practice in Dallas.

Led by a board-certified periodontist and sleep dentist, this practice offers periodontics, conscious sedation, endodontics, and comprehensive dental care. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that includes two doctors, hygienists, assistants, and a strong administrative team — and we’re ready for the right leader to elevate us to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and hold the team accountable while fostering a positive, professional culture
  • Organize and track key practice statistics and performance metrics
  • Oversee practice financials, including monitoring Accounts Receivable and statement processing
  • Present and confidently close large treatment plans in a comfortable, professional consultation setting
  • Clearly explain complex procedures in a warm, patient-centered way
  • Jump in wherever needed, including phone support and front office duties
  • Partner with the team to increase production and drive growth

Requirements

  • Previous dental experience required
  • Experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in dental case presentation
  • Proven ability to present and close larger treatment plans in a high-end practice
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to improve culture without creating fear
  • Statistically savvy and comfortable tracking performance metrics
  • Growth-oriented mindset with sales and marketing awareness
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and highly accountable
  • Professional appearance (no visible tattoos)
  • Experience with Dentrix preferred
