</div><div>Medicare Oasis proficiency within a Home Health Agency and QA experience, familiar with ICD-10 coding, and the ability to generate Plan of Care as per conditions of participation. Former Field Nurse in Home Health and/or Case Management experience.<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Must have excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of Medicare OASIS</li>
<li>Must have knowledge of Medicare Discipline Frequency</li>
<li>Computer Skills a must (EMR- AXXESS System Core)</li>
<li>Knowledge of State, Medicare and Joint Commission guideline</li>
<li>Ability to audit OASIS for documentation and Discipline Visit notes</li>
<li>Must make patient care a top priority</li>
<li>Must have a positive attitude and be a team player</li>

<strong>Experience<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Three (3) years Home Health Nurse. Medicare OASIS, Quality Assurance (QA).<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Licenses /Registration Required<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Current Nursing License in the State of Florida</li>
<li>Nursing degree from accredited school</li>
</ul>
