About the role

Precision AQ / Engagement Solutions is seeking a Senior Research Scientist, Health Economics to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to conduct economic analyses and develop compelling value propositions to support market access for our clients' products. You will use your expertise in health economics, outcomes research, and data analytics to deliver high-quality deliverables that help our clients navigate the complex payer landscape. Key responsibilities include: Designing and conducting economic evaluations (e.g., cost-effectiveness analyses, budget impact analyses) to support market access and reimbursement Developing value dossiers, manufacturer submissions, and other payer-facing materials Interacting directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver insights that drive decision-making Staying up-to-date on evolving payer requirements and market access trends to anticipate client needs Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., medical, marketing) to integrate economic analyses into broader commercial strategies Qualifications: Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MPH) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or a related field 8+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or consulting industries Strong technical skills in economic modeling, biostatistics, and data analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives Familiarity with global payer systems and reimbursement landscapes Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
