The Opportunity
Nova is currently raising a pre-seed round through CCPS (Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares) and looking to bring in a Pre-Seed Investor who is interested in actively contributing to the early journey of the company.
This is not designed as a passive investment opportunity. The expectation is for someone who is comfortable being involved in strategic discussions, early partnerships, fundraising conversations, and growth direction as the company takes shape.
The environment is fast-moving and early stage. Decisions are made quickly, experiments run constantly, and execution speed matters.
Role Responsibilities
Work closely on early-stage strategy and key decision making.
Support fundraising conversations and investor introductions where relevant.
Help shape partnerships, distribution channels, and ecosystem connections.
Contribute to growth thinking and early market expansion.
Actively participate in building the foundation of Nova during its earliest phase.
