Role Description The Pre School Teacher role at TEDDLERS Future Ready School is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The teacher will plan and conduct daily classroom activities, including interactive lessons, play-based learning, and age-appropriate instructional sessions for Play Group to PREP learners. Responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, managing classroom routines, observing and documenting child progress, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. The teacher will communicate regularly with families, collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and events, and ensure the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of all children are met.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education, with the ability to apply developmentally appropriate practices for pre-school and kindergarten-age children.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design engaging, structured, and play-based learning experiences.
- Knowledge and experience related to Kindergarten readiness, including pre-academic skills, social skills, and classroom behavior management.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; prior experience as a pre-school or kindergarten teacher is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment, with patience, empathy, and strong observation skills.
- Comfort with basic record-keeping and documentation of student progress; openness to ongoing professional development.
