Job Title: Pre-Sales Trainee

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Trainee to support our sales function by delivering technical insights and client-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a foundational understanding of computer systems, and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts. This role requires close collaboration with both clients and internal teams to ensure effective solutioning and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements
- Provide appropriate technical recommendations aligned with client needs
- Support the sales team in delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution design and implementation planning
- Prepare high-quality proposals, documentation, and reports
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Strong foundational knowledge of computer systems (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices
- Prior experience in desktop support will be considered an advantage
- Relevant technical certifications will be an added benefit
