Job Title: Pre-Sales Trainee

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Trainee to support our sales function by delivering technical insights and client-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a foundational understanding of computer systems, and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts. This role requires close collaboration with both clients and internal teams to ensure effective solutioning and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements
• Provide appropriate technical recommendations aligned with client needs
• Support the sales team in delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution design and implementation planning
• Prepare high-quality proposals, documentation, and reports

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Strong foundational knowledge of computer systems (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices
• Prior experience in desktop support will be considered an advantage
• Relevant technical certifications will be an added benefit
