Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Trainee role based in Nungambakkam. The Pre-Sales Trainee will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to gain a deep understanding of client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities, assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and analyzing customer needs to align them with the company’s solutions. The role also involves staying updated on the latest technologies and trends in the IT and cybersecurity domains.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts, including areas like Application Security, Cloud Security, and Network Solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and identify relevant solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for preparing and delivering client proposals
- Team collaboration skills to work with both sales and technical teams effectively
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new and evolving technologies in the IT and cybersecurity landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related tools for documentation and presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience or internship in pre-sales or IT consulting is a plus
