Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales Trainee role based in Bengaluru South. The Pre Sales Trainee will engage with prospective parents and learners to explain BrightCHAMPS programs, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, scheduling demos or counseling sessions, and maintaining detailed records in CRM tools. The role also involves supporting sales presentations, following up on leads, assisting with conversion activities, and collaborating closely with sales and training teams. The Pre Sales Trainee will receive structured training on product knowledge, communication best practices, and sales processes to grow into a high-performing sales professional.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with parents and learners, listen actively, and provide clear, empathetic guidance.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead qualification, follow-up, basic pipeline handling, and supporting conversion goals.
- Interest or experience in Training, with the ability to quickly learn product details, absorb coaching, and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive, collaborative attitude and a focus on results.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
- Prior experience in edtech, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated learners.
