Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales - Telecaller role based in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients over the phone to generate leads, providing property-related information, and maintaining a robust database of contacts. The role involves identifying client needs, addressing their inquiries, and scheduling site visits effectively. Regular follow-ups and collaboration with the sales team are critical to successfully converting leads into sales while ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Call Customers:
Make calls to people and tell them about our property projects.
· Fix Appointments:
Set up meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
· Find New Leads:
Use phone calls, social media and other ways to find new customers.
· Support Sales Team:
Help the sales team by giving them good leads and assisting in closing deals.
· Handle Objections:
Answer customer questions and handle complaints politely.
· Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to get better results.
· Collect Feedback:
Talk to customers and share their feedback with the team.
Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in real estate
- Exceptional verbal communication and telephonic etiquette
- Proven experience in sales lead generation, client engagement, and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing contact databases
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of real estate market trends or prior experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams for successful lead conversion
