Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, introducin our products/services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients
* Explain products/services and generate interest
* Identify customer needs and qualify leads
* Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
* Maintain and update customer database
* Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Requirements:
* Good communication skills (Gujrati/Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
* Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
* Positive attitude and convincing ability
