Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Pre Sales/Tele Caller. The primary responsibilities include identifying customer needs, reaching out to potential clients through telephonic or electronic communication, and providing detailed information about real estate products and services. The role also involves maintaining a strong follow-up process, generating leads, and assisting clients in their property selection process by addressing queries and building rapport to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls and maintain a professional tone.
- Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust and provide solutions.
- Basic knowledge of real estate concepts, market trends, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and following up on client inquiries systematically.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, pre-sales, or a related role is an advantage.
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
