Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant, based in Chennai. The Pre-Sales Technical Consultant will collaborate closely with the sales team to assess customer needs, deliver tailored technical solutions, and present demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, troubleshooting technical challenges, providing technical support during the sales cycle, and leveraging analytical insights to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to evaluate customer requirements and solve technical challenges
- Proficiency in Consulting and Technical Support to effectively guide and address customer needs
- Experience working in Sales or in providing sales-related technical expertise
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive business outcomes
- Familiarity with software development concepts or related technical fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
