A Pre-Sales Team Leader - manages a team responsible for qualifying leads, scheduling site visits and try to get maximum conversation from the leads.
Key responsibilities include leading team efforts in CRM management, conducting market analysis, coordinating site tours, providing property insights, and reporting on performance metrics.
Scope of Work -
1. Lead Management
- Oversee the prompt qualification of inbound inquiries and lead generation through outbound calling, email, and digital channels.
- Ensure all leads are captured and tracked in the CRM system accurately. ➢ Allocation of lead properly amongst the team.
- Filter the lead and ensuring only high-quality leads reach the sales team. • Team Leadership & Operations:
- Motivate and manage a team of pre-sales executives, assigning daily targets and tasks.
- Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales scripts, and handling client objections.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., call volume, appointment setting rates, site visits) and provide coaching to improve performance.
2. Coordination & Conversion:
- Coordinate between prospective clients and the on-ground sales/business development team to schedule, confirm, and follow up on site visits.
3. Customer Relationship & Communication:
- Provide detailed information about projects, amenities, and locations to prospective buyers.
- Build rapport with clients to maintain engagement from the initial inquiry until the site visit.
4. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly MIS reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and feedback on lead quality.
• Add on Skills: Lead Generation, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), Data Analysis, Team Management, Communication.
• Experience: Proven experience (often 3+ years) in real estate pre-sales or tele-sales.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local real estate market trends, legal documentation, and Real estate projects.
