Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Team Leader located in Gurgaon. The Pre-Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team to ensure pre-sales objectives are met. Daily activities include guiding team members, developing pre-sales strategies, implementing workflows, analyzing leads, engaging with prospective clients, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. The role also involves delivering pre-sales presentations, mentoring team members, and contributing to achieving organizational revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and teams
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and Team Management to guide, mentor, and motivate team members
- Expertise in Sales and Pre-sales operations to drive revenue and enhance client engagement
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and develop effective strategies in the pre-sales space
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry or similar sales-focused roles is an advantage
